Radio Jamaica Limited (RJR) & The Gleaner Company (GLNR)– Scheme of Arrangement for Amalgamation

Radio Jamaica Limited (RJR) has advised that Radio Jamaica Limited (RJR) and The Gleaner Company (GLNR) have applied for the court’s sanction of the scheme of arrangement for amalgamation and that the matter is set down for hearing on February 17, 2016.
