Effective November 1, 2006, the Jamaica Central Securities Depository (JCSD) has been appointed Registrar and Transfer Agents for Radio Jamaica Limited.
The changeover process between Scotia Investments and the JCSD is in train and the shareholders have been notified of the change by way of the 2005/2006 Annual Report.
A Notice of Change of Registrar will also be placed in the newspapers.
