QWI Investments Limited (QWI) has advised that on April 21, 2021, an application was filed in the Supreme Court of Judicature of Jamaica seeking permission for the Company to hold virtually its Annual General Meeting and any Extraordinary General Meeting, pursuant to section 130(2) of the Companies Act. The application is scheduled to be heard on May 13, 2021.
