ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

“Due to the recently announced orders under the Disaster Risk Management Act, in the management of the Coviod-19 pandemic restricting in person general meetings of companies until 13 April 2021, the Board of Directors of QWI Investments Limited (“Company”) now advises that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company scheduled for 30 March 2021 at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel, 81 Knutsford Boulevard, Kingston 5, will be adjourned without transacting any business.

Notice will be given of the date, time, and venue of the reconvened AGM.”
