Pulse Investments Ltd (PULS) has advised that the following matter was considered and approved at a meeting of the Board of Pulse Investments Ltd, held on March 9, 2020:
1. That, pursuant to the resolutions passed at the Annual General meeting of Pulse, held February 18, 2020, the company effect an Additional Public Offer to raise equity to finance new projects and to expand existing ones.
2. That the company determines the quantum to be raised along with all relevant terms and conditions in consultation with its financial advisors, brokers, arrangers and other relevant advisors.
