Pulse Investments Limited’s (PULS) has advised that PULS’ Board is considering the following acquisitions:
“A substantial (non controlling) stake in Irie Jam 360 Media, a New York based radio, TV and internet media group, broadcast to a mainly Caribbean market in the tri state area of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
“A substantial stake in a cosmetics company branded with the name and likeness of a famous international film and TV star, with Caribbean roots. This specific investment is in the very early stages of discussion and negotiation. Pulse is therefore unable to provide any further information at this time.”
