Pulse Amended Quarterly Report March 2020

Pulse Investments Ltd wishes to advise that, due to an accounting error in its original report, it is now filing Amended Unaudited Financial Statements for quarter ended March 31, 2020. The dividend paid by Pulse on March 10, 2020 was omitted from both the Statement of Changes in Equity and the Cash Flow Statement in previous report.
It should be noted that this error has no effect on the Company’s income or profits for the period, which remain the same.
