Pulse Investments Limited (PULS) has advised that the following resolutions were passed at a meeting of the board of directors: 1.) That Romae Gordon be appointed a Director of the Company, 2.) That Safia Cooper be appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Company and 3.) That Kingsley Cooper retires as Executive Chairman and continues as Chairman, all becomes effective January 1, 2016.
