Pulse Investments Limited has advised that at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on Wednesday February 26, 2020, at 38a Trafalgar Road, Kingston 10, the following resolution was considered and passed:
- That the stock in Pulse Investments Ltd be split, on the basis that 3 (three) additional shares be issued to shareholders for every share currently held by them in the company.
The record date for the stock split is March 16, 2020 and the ex date is March 13, 2020.
