Pulse Investments Limited (PULS) has advised that the Fourth Quarter financial results for the year ended June 30, 2016 will not be submitted. Rather, PULS will file its Audited Financial Statements at the end of the audit, as stipulated.
PULS further advises that the Audited Statement, however, are likely to be two to three weeks late because of recent changes in the requirements of auditors’ reports, which requires significantly more extensive confirmations from third parties, hence the delay.
