Pulse advised that Mrs Lois Cecelia Sherwood has been appointed Pulse’s first Director Emerita. This appointment took effect on Monday, November 15, 2021.
As director Emerita, Mrs Sherwood would no longer be a voting member of the board, but will be at liberty to attend and participate in board meetings, Annual General Meetings and other official functions of Pulse Investments Ltd.
