July 22, 2013 – Kingston, Jamaica – On Monday July 22, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. Eppley Limited opened an invitation for subscription for 218,999 shares which went on sale at a price of $377 per share. The release of the Eppley Prospectus was announced by PROVEN Wealth Limited on Friday July 12, 2013.
PROVEN Wealth acted as arrangers and Lead Brokers of the offering which announced an early closure of the offer effective Monday July 22, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. The note was originally scheduled to close on Monday July 29, 2013 at 4:00 p.m.
