Proven Investments Limited has advised that Mr. Peter Bunting and Mr. Mark Golding resigned from their roles as Chairman and member respectively of the Investment Management Committee of Proven Investment Ltd. (PIL). This is as a result of their recent Ministerial appointment as members of the newly formed Cabinet. The Investment Management Committee will now be chaired by Christopher Bicknell. Lead principals, Garifield Sinclair and Christopher Williams will continue to provide invaluable support to the company.
Messrs. Bunting and Golding have also resigned from their roles as Chairman and Director, respectively of the board of Proven Wealth Limited (PWL). PWL is the wholly owned subsidiary of Proven Investments Limited (PIL).
Subsequently to the resignations, Lisa Gomes will be appointed as Chairman of the Board of PWL while John Bell and Chorvelle Johnson were also invited to join the Board of Proven Wealth Limited.
