Proven Investments Ltd (PROVEN) has advised that due to unforeseen challenges associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be a delay in the submission of PROVEN’s audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2020.
“The challenges of the pandemic have regrettably resulted in the delay of the completion of the audited financial statements due to:
• Work from home orders from the authorities in all the jurisdictions of PIL and its subsidiaries, affecting team members and the external auditors alike.
• Delay in the receipt of audited financial statements from Associated entities who have also been impacted by the Covid 19 crisis and whose results form a material part of PIL’s financial statements.
“The Company anticipates the submission of its audited financial statement on or before July 3, 2020, in keeping with the extension given by the Jamaica Stock Exchange,” PROVEN further advised.
