Proven Investments Limited (ProvenJA) has advised that a dividend payment of US$0.0021 per share was declared at their Board Meeting held on May 25, 2019. Ordinary shareholders who have requested payment in Jamaican Dollars will receive the equivalent of JA$0.2804 per share. The dividend payment will be made to all ordinary shareholders on record as at June 14, 2019 and paid o June 28, 2019.
