Proven Investments Limited (ProvenJA) has advised that the early redemption of the PIL 8.25% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares was approved at their Board meeting  held on May 25, 2018.  ProvenJA further advised that the redemption of the PIL 8.25% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares will take place on the next interest payment date of June 15, 2018.
