Proven Investments Limited (PROVEN) has advised that a dividend payment of US$0.0010 per share was declared at the Board Meeting which was held on August 12, 2021. Ordinary shareholders who have requested payment in Jamaican Dollars will receive the equivalent of JA$0.154423 per share.
This dividend payment will be made to all ordinary shareholders on record on August 27, 2021 and will be paid on September 10, 2021.
