Proven Investments Limited (PROVEN) has advised that a dividend payment of US$0.0041 per share was declared at the Board Meeting of Proven Investments Limited which was held on February 10, 2022. Ordinary shareholders who have requested payment in Jamaican Dollars will receive the equivalent of JA$0.6444 per share.
This dividend payment will be made to all ordinary shareholders on record on February 24, 2022 and will be paid on March 9, 2022.
