Proven Investments Limited (PROVEN) has advised that due to the delay in the receipt of the audited financial statements from an associated entity and the consequent delay in the audited financials of the Company, there will also be a delay in the submission of PROVEN’s annual report.
PROVEN anticipates that its annual report will be submitted on or before August 31, 2020.
