Proven Investments Limited (PROVEN) has advised that a dividend payment of US$0.0028 per share was declared at the Board Meeting of Proven Investments Limited, which was held on June 16, 2020. Ordinary shareholders who have requested payment in Jamaican Dollars will receive the equivalent of JA$0.3938 per share. This dividend payment will be made to all ordinary shareholders on record on July 6, 2020 and will be paid on July 20, 2020.
The ex-dividend date is July 3, 2020.
