Proven Investments Limited (PROVEN) has advised that a dividend payment of US$0.0014 per share was declared at the Board Meeting of Proven Investments Limited, which was held on June 16, 2021. Ordinary shareholders who have requested payment in Jamaican Dollars will receive the equivalent of JA$0.208711 per share.
This dividend payment will be made to all ordinary shareholders on record on July 1, 2021 and will be paid on July 9, 2021.
The ex-dividend date is June 30, 2021.
