Proven Investments Limited (PROVEN) wishes to advise the public that based on the applications for subscriptions received in its Additional Public Offering (“APO”), in accordance with the terms and conditions of the APO as set out in the Prospectus, the Company decided to exercise its right to close its APO ahead of the originally scheduled Closing Date.
The APO will now close effective 4 p.m. on Tuesday, 26th January 2021. The details and basis of allocation of shares will be communicated to the Jamaica Stock Exchange separately in accordance with the timetable set out in the Prospectus, advised PROVEN.
