The lead broker of Proven Investments Limited (PROVEN), Proven Wealth, has advised that the closing date for the Additional Public Offering (APO) of new ordinary shares was on June 5, in accordance with the terms of the Prospectus.
The Broker has advised that pursuant to the JSE Rules, which requires notification within six (6) clear Business Days of the closing of the APO of the details and basis of allotment of shares arising from the APO, the Broker is advising on behalf of PROVEN, that consequent on PROVEN’s suspension of acceptance of applications for shares in the APO, with effect from March 13, and its rejection of all applications tendered, no new ordinary shares were allotted by PROVEN resulting from the APO.
