Proven Investments Limited (PROVEN) is advising the public that based on the applications for subscriptions already received in its Additional Public Offering (“APO”), and in compliance with the Bank of Jamaica (Dealings in Foreign Currency Instruments) (Proven Investments Limited) (Additional Public Offer for issuance of US dollar shares) (Exemption) Order, 2020, it will only be accepting further applications for subscription which are denominated in Jamaican Dollars, with effect from 25th January 2021.
PROVEN is also reminding that the APO is scheduled to close at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, January 29, 2021, subject to the Company exercising its right to close the application list at any time prior to the Closing Date if applications have been received for the full amount of the respective New Ordinary Shares offered.
