PROVEN Group Ltd. – Dividend Consideration and Director Resignation

PROVEN Group Ltd. (“the Company” or “PGL”) hereby informs the Stock Exchange that there was no dividend declared at the Board Meeting of the Company which was held on November 11, 2022.
This decision reflects prudent liquidity management to better position PROVEN to respond to market opportunities as they arise.
Please also be advised that Mr. John Collins has resigned from the Board of Directors of PROVEN effective November 11, 2022.
Mr. Collins, having served in his capacity as a non-executive independent director for more than 12 years, brought his vast experience in the Financial Sector to the Board. During his tenure, he also served as a member of the PROVEN Audit Committee.
