Proven Investments Limited has advised that its Board of Directors Meeting scheduled for August 29, 2011 was not held as a quorum was not available. Accordingly, the consideration of a dividend payment to shareholders of Proven Investments Ltd will be approved via round robin. The Company will inform the Jamaica Stock Exchange as soon as the approval process has been completed.
