Productive Business Solutions Limited (PBS) has advised that there is a delay in the filing it’s 2019 Audited Financial Statements. The Company states that the delay is caused by the impact that COVID-19 has had on it’s operations and the audit.
The Company anticipates that the outstanding 2019 Audited Financial Statements will be submitted to the Jamaica Stock Exchange by April 15, 2020.
