Mayberry Investments Limited (MIL) has advised that it is in the process of completing their in-house reconciliation of all applications in respect of the Paramount Preference Share Offering. The indicative basis of allotment will be as follows:
- Shares for the General Public the first 250,000 units were allocated; the balance > 250,000 units will be allocated proportionally at 86.73%.
MIL further advised that the above bases are preliminary and are subject to reconciliation with the Jamaica Central Securities Depository.
