Portland JSX (PJX) has advised that it will not be able to meet the standard deadline of April 28, 2020, to file PJX’s Audited Financial Statements for the year ended February 28, 2020. The Company states that the delay is due to disruptions caused by the current global Covid-19 pandemic and its impact on the auditing process for the Company’s financial statements.
PJX stated that in reliance on the extension notice issued by the Jamaica Stock Exchange on April 16, 2020, PJX is requesting an extension of the filing deadline for an additional 45 days, until June 12, 2020, by which date the Company anticipates that the financial statements will be finalised and released.
