Portland JSX Limited (PJX) has advised that the 4th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2020, at McNamara Corporate Services Inc, Bella Rosa Road, Gros Islet, St. Lucia at 11:00 a.m.
PJX further advised that “there will be no satellite venue in Jamaica this year due to the current Covid-19 pandemic conditions and the need to ensure the health and safety of the shareholders. In this regard, we will be encouraging shareholders who are unable to attend the AGM in St. Lucia to send in their duly completed proxy forms to the Jamaica Central Securities Depository Limited, 40 Harbour Street, Kingston, no later than Friday, September 4, 2020.”
