Portland JSX Limited (PJX) has advised that Mr. Trevor Cozier’s resignation as a Director of the Company effective December 31, 2016, was accepted by the Board at its meeting held on January 11, 2017, and at the same time, Mrs. Holly Hughes-McNamara was appointed as a Director of the Company in place of Mr. Cozier.
PJX stated that Mrs. Hughes-McNamara was appointed to replace Mr. Cozier on the Company’s Audit Committee as at January 11, 2017.
PJX further advised that Mr. Cozier’s resignation from the Committee is in no way related to any disagreement in respect of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or any other material issue impacting on the Audit Committee or on his ability to properly carry out the functions delegated by the Board.
