Andrea Kinach is a Partner at Patterson Mair Hamilton. Her practice focuses on Corporate Finance with a particular emphasis on Capital Markets, Merger & Acquisitions, Financial Services, Commercial Law, and Business Restructuring. Andrea is also a legal adviser to the JSE, and the technical draftsman of the Junior Market Rules. She was recently selected as a member of the “50 Under 50” business leaders in Jamaica by the Gleaner and Private Sector of Jamaica.
