Pegasus Hotels of Jamaica Limited wishes to advise Shareholders that Quivin International Limited has postponed the Opening Date for the Offer to Purchase (previously scheduled for Tuesday, November 22, 2011) so as to facilitate the preparation and publication of the Directors’ Circular and review of both Offer Document and Directors’ Circular by the regulators.
The Offer is therefore now scheduled to open on Friday, November 25, 2011 and to close on Thursday, December 15, 2011.
It is expected that the Offer Document and Directors’ Circular will be available on the company’s website
www.jamaicapegasus.com and the website of the Broker to the Offer www.jmmb.com,
on Friday, November 25, 2011. Both are scheduled to be published in the press on Tuesday November 29, 2011.
