PCFS declares dividend

The Board of Directors of Pan Caribbean Financial Services Limited at its meeting held 6 October 2006 declares a second interim dividend in the amount of fifty cents ($0.50) per stock unit payable on 27 October 2006 to stockholders on record 13 October 2006.
