The Board of Directors of Pan Caribbean Financial Services Limited, at its Board meeting held on March 9, 2012, declared its first interim dividend for the year 2012 in the amount of $0.743 per stock unit payable on April 27, 2012 to stockholders on record as at April 3, 2012 with a ex-dividend date of March 30, 2012.
