Paramount Trading (Jamaica) Limited (PTL) has advised that as at March 31, 2019, Mr. James Lechler, having consented to act, has been appointed as an independent non-executive member of their Compensation Committee, following the casual vacancy left by the passing of Mr. Daryl Fong Kong.
