Panjam Investment Limited (PJAM) has advised that the Company wishes to take advantage of the forty-five (45) days extension to submit its 2020 Annual Report, provided in the Jamaica Stock Exchange’s Notice to “All Listed Companies”, dated April 16, 2021.
PJAM advised that its 2020 Annual Report due April 30, 2021, would be submitted on or before June 14, 2021.
PJAM further advised that it would place a notice in the print media to its shareholders.
