PJAM has advised that an EGM is scheduled for Thursday, 22 December 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the Courtyard by Marriott, 1 Park Close, Kingston 5 to consider the proposed combination of the material businesses of PJAM and Jamaica Producers Group Limited (the “Amalgamation”).
