PanJam Investment Limited (PJAM) has confirmed that the meeting by its Board of Directors to consider dividend will be held as scheduled on March 2, 2021, and that the outcome of that meeting will be submitted to the Jamaica Stock Exchange immediately after the meeting.
PJAM further clarifies that only the approval of the Company’s audited accounts has been deferred.
“The audited accounts of PanJam Investment Limited for the year ended 31 December 2020 will not be released on the due date of 1 March 2021. We now expect to release the accounts on or before 19 March 2021. As such, we will be posting a notice to that effect in the daily newspaper.
“We further advise that this delay is due to the fact that we are still awaiting the audited accounts from Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited and hereby give an undertaking that our audited accounts will be released within three business days of the release of the audited accounts for Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited.
“We do apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused,” stated PJAM.
