PanJam Investment Limited (PJAM) has advised that its Board of Directors has approved the recommendation to the shareholders to amend the Articles of Incorporation of the Company.
PJAM has further advised that details of the amendments will be included in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held on September 1, 2020.
