PanJam Investment Limited (PanJam) has advised that their Board of Directors has indicated that the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2018, will not be submitted on March 1, 2019.
“This is due to the fact that we are awaiting the Audited Financial Statements of Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited (SJ),” states Panjam.
Panjam further stated that the Jamaica Stock Exchange will be advised during the course of next week of the anticipated date of release subject to receiving further information from SJ.
