Pan Caribbean Financial Services Limited (PCFS) has advised that at a meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled for Monday, September 26, 2011, the Directors will consider the payment of a second interim dividend for the year 2011. PCFS has also advised that on September 15, 2011, two Senior Managers sold a total of 274,556 PCFS shares.
