Pan Caribbean Financial Services Limited (PCFS) has advised that at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on July 27, 2011, Mr. Bruce James was appointed a member of the Board of Directors and also to the Audit Committee. PCFS has also advised that Mr. Christopher de Caires resigned from the Board of Directors.
