In connection with the divestment of Mavis Bank Coffee Factory Limited, Jamaica Producers Group Limited and Pan-Jamaican Investment Trust Limited have entered into negotiations with the Development Bank of Jamaica for the purchase of this business. The two companies submitted a joint bid following a public tender process. Negotiations to finalise the terms of the transaction are currently under way.
