At a meeting of the Board of Directors of Pan-Jamaican Investment Trust Ltd on Wednesday, July 14, 2004, it was resolved that a Second Interim Dividend in the amount of $0.15 per share in respect of the Company’s Ordinary Shares be paid on on August 10, 2004, to shareholders on record as at July 23, 2004.
