Pan- Jamaican Investment Trust (PJAM) – Capital Distribution

At a special meeting of the Directors on September 29, 1999 it was resolved that the directors declare an interim dividend by way of Capital Distribution for the year 1999 in the amount of three cents per stock unit on October 29, 1999 to stockholders as at October 15, 1999.
