At a meeting of the Board of Directors held 29 May 2007 the following resolution was passed:
“RESOLVED THAT a second interim dividend of twenty-five cents ($0.25) together with a special dividend of $3.75 per stock unit making a total of $4.00 to be paid on June 29, 2007 to stockholders on record at the close of business on 8 June 2007.”
