Pan Caribbean Financial Services Limited has advised that an extraordinary general meeting of the company will be held on Thursday 18 October 2012. The meeting will be seeking approval to:
1. Change the name of the company
2. Amend the Articles of Incorporation to effectively allow for the dispatch of the annual reports via electronic means.
