Pan Caribbean Financial Services Limited will offer up to 10,000,000 12.5% Cumulative Redeemable Preference shares, with no par value to the public at an offer price of J$200.00 per preference share. Pan Caribbean Financial Services Limited intends, immediately following the close of the offer, to make application to the Jamaica Stock Exchange to list all of its issued preference stock units on the Exchange in order to facilitate the trading of the shares.
