Pan Caribbean Fin. Services Ltd. resignation of two Senior Managers

The company has advised that two members of the Senior Management team, Nicole Case and Margaret McPherson, have resigned.  These resignations will be in effect as of March 30, 2012 and May 2, 2012 respectively.
